 The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management, Grants Management Section is hosting a bus tour to highlight housing and community development projects in Columbus funded by the City's CDBG and HOME allocations. They will feature how the City of Columbus has utilized over $9,000,000 in HUD funding to invest in housing and infrastructure along Wheatland Avenue in Columbus' Hilltop neighborhood. The tour will wrap up with visiting Columbus' first ever-permanent public restrooms located in our downtown area!

Have you faced the challenge of creating Policies and Procedures Manuals for HUD approval, only to be given vague instructions without concrete samples? If you’ve found yourself directed to consult legal counsel without access to vetted examples, this interactive workshop is crafted with your needs in mind. Each 20-minute session will be led by individuals who have successfully navigated the Policies and Procedures Manual process. Participants are encouraged to bring their own documents for sharing and discussion. If you have documents you wish to share, please submit them in advance, and copies will be made available during the workshop. All shared documents will also be on the NCDA Region V website after the conference.
