The Office of Community Assistance (OCA) is seeking to fill the position of Program Support Manager
What you’ll do:
Our ideal candidate brings a comprehensive understanding of the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) and Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program Regulations, both federal and state, coupled with robust experience in employee training, public relations, and office management. With a proven track record in implementing agency policies, supervising teams, and managing complex programs, excel in using software tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Excel to analyze data and present actionable insights. Equipped with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills, ready to contribute innovative solutions and foster a professional work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in business administration Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience and strong managerial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Document Creation and Editing Skills
• Excellent customer service at a professional level.
• Experience working with grants (i.e., HEAP, WCP, SCP, PIPP, CSBG, and ERA), preferred.
• Ability to collect and analyze data.
• Experience handling escalated client’s requests.
• Excellent skills in operating Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Programs, OAKS, Salesforce and OCEAN.

This position is required to work in the office Monday-Friday with flexibility in starting and ending times. The job is located in the Vern Riffe building, 77 South High St. Columbus, OH 43215
