Housing Rehab Specialist Training – Coming Soon!

OCCD has contracted with Livable Housing, Inc. (LHI) to provide an instructor-led series of seven (7) online sessions focused on inspections, specification writing and cost estimating for housing rehabilitation specialists.  There will be an introductory session, with the remaining six sessions focused on typical locations in a home.  The first session will be scheduled in early September 2021.  Additional details will be made available in August.

• Starting with the Exterior and Site
• Basements and Crawl Spaces
• Kitchens
• Bathrooms
• Generic Interior Rooms
• Stairs and Attic
