City of Dayton Welcomes New Community Development Specialist

The City of Dayton Department of Planning and Community Development welcomes Ashley Hatton to the Grant Administration team as a Community Development Specialist. Ashley is a recent graduate of Wright State University and previously served as our department intern for almost four years. Two of our team members were recently promoted to the position of Planning and Community Development Grant Administrators: Sarah Geist provides oversight to the CDBG program and Pete Thornburgh is responsible for environmental reviews, long term compliance, and federal labor standards compliance.  John Muceus retired from his position as Community Development Specialist in November.  Erin Ritter continues her role as Human Services Policy Advisor, administering the ESG and Continuum of Care grants.  We plan to hire a Planning and Community Development Grant Administrator for the HOME program and a Community Development Specialist by early 2019.
